Ground Force, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, Executes Agreement to Acquire TowHaul Corporation Ground Force Worldwide (“Ground Force”), a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets and operations of TowHaul Corporation (“TowHaul”).
