towhaul lowboy hook up steps

Connecting up to your TowHaul Lowboy is a task performed multiple times every day. It is a quick and easy process; however, improper hook-up is a common source of premature wear and costly damage. Improper hook-ups can be easily avoided by paying close attention to a few key points:

  • Remove any debris that has accumulated in the pick-up area of the lowboy

  • Confirm the Gooseneck is in the lowboy position

  • Ensure the TowHaul Grab Hook is fully open prior to backing the unit to the lowboy

  • Always visually verify that both lower hooks are seated on the lowboy pick-up shaft

  • Completely lower the apron prior to transport

  • Once the lowboy is fully raised, re-seat the Grab Hook (Grab Hook close)

For the full step-by-step procedure, please refer to your TowHaul Operation Manual or use the tutorial on your Plus One screen.
